GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a teammate to report to the Foreign Trade Manager in our company’s factory in Dilovası, which operates in the cable production, assembly and plastic injection sectors.

This position is responsible for effectively managing and coordinating all processes of international trade operations. It is among the main duties to ensure that foreign trade operations are carried out quickly, efficiently and in accordance with the legislation, to follow and organize all necessary processes.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from related departments of universities (Foreign Trade, International Trade, Logistics, etc.)
• Knowledge of import, export, customs and logistics processes.
• Advanced command of English (writing and speaking fluently)
• Have a good command of ERP systems, be able to use all MS Office programs, especially Excel, effectively
• Strong time management, business follow-up, communication and organizational skills
• Experienced in customer relationship management and teamwork
• Reside or will be able to reside in Izmit or Gebze

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Entering incoming export orders into the ERP system and forwarding order confirmations to customers,
• To follow the orders in production in coordination with the relevant departments,
• To manage the customs and shipment process of orders coming out of production, to provide the necessary communication with customers
• To prepare and follow up invoices, check lists and other documents for export and import transactions,
• Being in contact with customs and logistics companies,
• To ensure the coordination of international fair organizations,
